Melanie Howell, Project Engineer

Melanie earned a bachelor’s degree in Biological Engineering from North Carolina A&T State University. As a Civil Engineer at Clark Azar & Associates, she brings experience in floodplain analyses, stormwater management and BMP design, erosion and sediment control plan development, and utility layout and coordination.

She is committed to providing thoughtful infrastructure design that improves daily life for communities while supporting long-term environmental performance across the DC Metropolitan Area.
