Quintin is the newest member of the team, responsible for managing tasks for the firm’s contracts with public and private agencies and as a lead project engineer on civil and landscape architect teams. He has over 5 years of experience delivering utility infrastructure, energy distribution, and site design projects for higher education, healthcare, municipal, and private-sector clients. He specializes in utilizing AutCAD and ArcGIS software to produce construction document plan sets, technical reports, and GIS-based asset management. Quintin’s diverse experience aligns client goals with public agency coordination, engineering design, and environmental compliance to the maximum extent practicable.
